原发肿瘤(乳房、结肠、肺、前列腺癌)在形成生长早期,会释放细胞进入血液循环。通过各种技术可以富集检测这些循环肿瘤细胞的物理和生物性质。

循环肿瘤细胞,Circulating Tumor cell,简称CTC。CTC释放点:原发肿瘤和转移肿瘤。

CTC死亡后还会释放出循环肿瘤DNA,Circulating Tumor DNA,简称ctDNA

 

CTC和ctDNA的临床应用

肿瘤检测 CTCs和ctDNA应用肿瘤的早期检测很受关注,面临的挑战是目前分析的特定性和敏感度。

预后评估 多种肿瘤已经实现预后评估,尤其是乳癌。

指导系统治疗

病人亚群分类(stratification)。

Streck 血浆游离DNA采血管是一种直接提取的全血收集管,用于收集、运输和储存血液样本。Streck 血浆游离DNA采血管内含防腐剂,它能稳定有核血细胞,防止细胞基因组DNA的释放,保护血浆游离循环DNA和循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)。
